You’re quite eccentric, aren’t you, sun-child? This minute, you’re wild, moments later, you’re mild, something changes about the previous way in which you smiled, as if you have a switch with which you control your lights. It used to make me cry, now I’m somewhat beguiled.
No one can make you the sun they want you to be, there’s more to you than anyone can see, you’re true to yourself and that’s awesome by me, and even if you turn red or green or the colour of the sea, as long as you are happy and as long as you are free, I would still be proud of you, do you hear, sun-child?
Everybody wants to advise you; everybody wants to contribute their two cents, even when they need it more than you do. Everybody wants to dissect you into two; “I’m not a fish, honey; you musn’t be a fish too.” Everybody wants to teach you what they know, whether or not it’s the truth.
That a person has a shining armour does not make them a knight; shining armours won’t make a person a knight overnight. Don’t try too hard to make someone what they are not; don’t try too hard to make them yours.
If someone tells you you can’t do something, certain things might be involved: It could be something they think they can’t do, something they haven’t done, and since they doubt their own abilities, they’d definitely doubt yours.
If it is something they can do, or they have done, they might be trying to protect you from the coming challenges because they were once like you; they might have gone through some challenges that they don’t want you to go through, that they don’t think you are capable enought to go through.
If none of the aforementioned apply, they could be jealous of you because what you want to do is something they’ve not done, something they can/want to do but have not had the opportunity to.
As much as the sun is loved and adored, nobody wants to see it at midnight. Don’t overdo anything because you have shone brighter than they did, or you can shine brighter than they can; allow someone else whenever it’s their turn.
When we die- when a strong change befalls us, it’s up to us [choice] to struggle to find balance again. When we choose light, we become a light ourselves.
Remove the cover; let your pains escape. Mold them into words and music; anything you might be inspired to make. Let their flow lead you to be river; take as long as you need to take. Be willing to swim, let go and heal; be open to new changes in shape. Don’t cover; choose to recover for your very own sake.
You’ll be surprised at how creative you can become when you are angry, in pain, when everything within you just hurts. The high level of joy that whatever you make/achieve will bring to you if you choose to heal through it, by not just ignoring the pain but by expressing it, is immense. Find relief, satisfaction and happiness in/through (not despite) your agony.
